چکیده
Self-consolidating concrete (SCC) is a special that highly flow able, non-segregating and self-expanding. Self-compacted poured into the formwork without compaction fills by its own weight. SCC considered to have many advantages. Compared with conventional as improved Construction quality, faster construction activity, lower cost etc. This project was carried out evaluate effects of addition nylon fiber fly ash on fresh hardened properties mixes. In this project, mixes 0.5%, 1.5%, 2.5%, 0%, 15%, 30% 45% were used determine permeability, Capacity, evaluated basis separation resistance, slump flow, L-box V-funnel tests. After 3 days, 14 28 days curing cylinders, compressive splitting tensile strength tested. The test results show fibers increase permeability but decrease filling capacity segregation resistance SCC. Furthermore, it can be concluded after curing, samples showed up 2.0% cement volume increased Strength, improves 2.5%. Nylon reduces strength,

Durability Performance of Self Compacting Concrete Incorporating Alccofine and Fly Ash
The cost associated with the application of large volume of cement and synthetic admixtures was one of the major drawbacks of Self Compacting Concrete (SCC), which can be reduced by the use of supplementary cementitious materials (SCM). When the demand of cement reduces, the release of carbon dioxide (CO2) from cement industries will come down, which has a positive impact on global w...
متن کاملInfluence of High Temperatures on Flexural Strength of Foamed Concrete Containing Fly Ash and Polypropylene Fiber
In this study, the elevated temperature flexural strengths of lightweight foamed concrete (LFC) containing fly ash (FA) and polypropylene fiber (PF) was investigated experimentally and statistically. The variables included were the temperature degrees (in a range of 20 to 600°C), LFC densities of 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1400 kg/m3 and additive content. Two mixes were made by replacing 15% and ...

Due to growing environmental concerns of the cement industry, alternative cement technologies have become an area of increasing interest. It is now believed that new binders are indispensable for enhanced environmental and durability performance. Self-compacting Geopolymer concrete is an innovative method and improved way of concreting operation that does not require vibration for placing it an...
متن کاملPrediction Compressive Strength of Self-Compacting Concrete Containing Fly Ash Using Fuzzy Logic Inference System
Self-compacting concrete (SCC) developed in Japan in the late 80s has enabled the construction industry to reduce demand on the resources, improve the work condition and also reduce the impact of environment by elimination of the need for compaction. Fuzzy logic (FL) approaches has recently been used to model some of the human activities in many areas of civil engineering applications. Especial...
متن کاملEffect of Curing Conditions on Strength of Fly ash-based Self-Compacting Geopolymer Concrete
This paper reports the results of an experimental work conducted to investigate the effect of curing conditions on the compressive strength of self-compacting geopolymer concrete prepared by using fly ash as base material and combination of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate as alkaline activator. The experiments were conducted by varying the curing time and curing temperature in the range of...
